They couldn't do it since they said they didn't have access to the firmware, so, I was on my own. I also tried calling my local dealer that services the machine and they told me the get a firmware update. Every time I try to scan to email, the copiers panel says sending email, quickly disappears, and then says error sending email on the copier panel. I have a toshiba e-studio 282 copier/scanner that was working fine yesterday but suddenly stopped working this morning.
